How the term works

The first 12 months are a term — that's what pays for building the site, instead of a fee up front. After the first year it's month-to-month and you can cancel any time.

You own everything from day one, term or not. Your domain is registered in your name, your email account is yours, and the site is yours to take. If you leave — at the end of the term or any time after — we hand over the complete site and help you set it up wherever you're going. We don't hold domains, sites, or email hostage to keep a client. Included changes means updates to your existing pages; adding a whole new page or feature is a bigger job, and we'll tell you before we do it rather than after.
