There's no setup fee and no deposit, so nothing is due before your site is live. Your first $250 is billed when you launch.

We design, write, and build your site, then share a preview for your feedback before anything goes live. You review; we refine.

We connect your domain, set up hosting and email, add redirects, and switch everything over — moving you off GoDaddy, Wix, or Squarespace if needed, with no downtime.
We host & maintain it
Your $250 a month keeps it fast, secure, and current — changes included, never hourly — and covers the ongoing work to get you found. You focus on your business.
What we need from you
Not much — we do the heavy lifting. Just:
- Your logo, if you have one (we can help if not)
- Your content and photos — or point us to what's there and we'll write it
- Access to your current site or domain, so we can handle the switch
Good to know.
Do I own my website?
Yes — from day one, and that doesn't change during the term. The site, the domain, and any email are yours. Whenever you leave, you keep everything and take it with you. We don't hold any of it hostage to keep a client.
Do you handle my domain?
We register a new one or move your existing one — at cost, in your name — and handle renewals so it never lapses. We save you the GoDaddy/Wix markup, and it's yours to transfer anytime.
Can I take payments on my site?
Yes. We integrate Stripe for bookings, deposits, or an online store — connected to your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you.
What if I need changes later?
Updates to your existing pages are included — no hourly tickets. Send it over and we make the change. Adding a whole new page or feature is a bigger job; we'll tell you before we do it rather than surprising you after.
Why is there a 12-month term?
Because there's no setup fee. Most shops charge you for the build up front, then a monthly fee on top. We put the build into the monthly instead, and the first year is how that gets paid for. After 12 months it's month-to-month.
Do you host my email?
We set up and manage professional email on your domain (Google Workspace, Zoho, or free forwarding), but the account is yours. We never run our own mail server.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live in about 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly we get your content.
Is there a contract?
Yes — a 12-month term to start, then month-to-month. We'd rather say that plainly than bury it. What there isn't is a trap at the end of it: you own your site, domain, and email throughout, cancelling after the first year takes one email, and whenever you go we hand over the complete site and help you set it up wherever you're headed.
