What we need from you
Not much — we do the heavy lifting. Just:

Do I own my website?
Yes — always. The site, the domain, and any email are yours. If you ever leave, you keep everything and take it with you. No lock-in, ever.
Do you handle my domain?
We register a new one or move your existing one — at cost, in your name — and handle renewals so it never lapses. We save you the GoDaddy/Wix markup, and it's yours to transfer anytime.
Can I take payments on my site?
Yes. We integrate Stripe for bookings, deposits, or an online store — connected to your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you.
What if I need changes later?
Updates to your existing pages are included from the Maintenance plan up — no hourly tickets. Send it over and we make the change. New pages or features are quoted flat before we build them.
Do I have to buy a monthly plan?
No. The build is yours either way — if you'd rather host somewhere else, we hand over the complete site and help you set it up there. Most clients pick a plan because it's the easy option, not because they're stuck.
Do you host my email?
We set up and manage professional email on your domain (Google Workspace, Zoho, or free forwarding), but the account is yours. We never run our own mail server.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live in about 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly we get your content.
Is there a contract?
No. Builds are one-time; plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime and take your site with you.
